x20-ounce Skinny Tumblers you can customize by adding your name to the back and Pictures
- Design image may look slightly different than the mock-up or examples due to the sublimation process. We do not use epoxy on our tumblers and can not add glitter to the tumblers.
- Tumblers are double-wall insulated, 20 oz tall, and can hold hot or cold drinks.
- All Tumblers are printed directly on to tumbler and will not fade, chip, or come off. NO VINYL DECALS, NO EPOXY used, and no harmful chemicals. Some residue could be possible in the transfer process.
- Custom tumblers are perfect for customizing for yourself or as a gift. We can make custom orders as well, message us.
- The tumbler comes with a clear lid and straw and is top-rack dishwasher safe. Washing instructions are included.
- All drinkware is made in our studio and takes 7-10 days to ship. COVID can delay delivery times, please be patient as we work hard daily to get orders out in a timely manner. if you need an order rushed, don't hesitate to contact me before ordering.
- Tumblers come individually packaged and bubble wrapped for protection.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Email us at your-email@example.com with:

- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit if the issue falls under our responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production begins, and we cannot process cancellations.

Shipping Issues
