1. Choose a Design
Browse our collection and select your favorite design.
For custom requests, email: info@kaybreboutique.com
2. Submit Your Information
During checkout, include the following in the notes section:
• Name
• School
• Mascot
• Colors
• Graduation Year
• Optional: Quotes, clubs, sports, etc.
3. Send Photos
Email 2–4 high-quality photos to be included in your design.
🎨 DESIGN PROCESS
Proofing:
You will receive a mockup within 2–3 business days.
This includes 2 rounds of edits, so please review carefully.
Finalization:
Once approved, your design will move into production.
Any changes after approval will require an additional fee.
⏱ TURNAROUND TIME
Production time is 5–7 business days after final approval.

Shipping & Return

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on personalized or custom items.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we are happy to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Email us at your-email@example.com with:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit if the issue falls under our responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production begins, and we cannot process cancellations.
